Where permits, inspections, or licensed trade work are required by local, state, or federal regulation, such responsibilities remain with the property owner or appropriately licensed trade professionals.

The Company reserves the right to subcontract or coordinate with licensed professionals when required by law.

Clients are responsible for confirming permit requirements for their specific project location.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate project specifications

Ensure safe and accessible job site conditions

Provide timely access during scheduled work hours

Designate an authorized representative for project approvals

Delays resulting from restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information may result in additional costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Deposits may be required prior to scheduling.

Progress payments may apply to larger projects.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service suspension and applicable fees.

6. Insurance Coverage

BASSCONNECTS LLC maintains active Commercial General Liability insurance coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BASSCONNECTS LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:

9. Indemnification

Inaccurate project specifications

Unsafe job site conditions

Client-supplied equipment

Third-party contractor actions

Failure to obtain required permits

10. Project Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or labor scheduled.

If work has begun, the Client is responsible for payment of completed portions.
