Martavius Bass founded BassConnects after more than a decade of hands-on experience inside the low voltage and commercial infrastructure industry. Beginning his career in 2014 as a wire technician, he developed a deep understanding of copper and fiber systems, jobsite discipline, and real-world project execution.

Over the years, he advanced into commercial structured cabling, AV systems, MDF/IDF builds, and multi-state deployments — eventually leading crews and supervising large-scale commercial environments. Through that experience, he saw both the strengths and weaknesses within the industry.

He saw talented technicians without opportunity.
He saw projects suffer from poor standards.
He saw companies depend on temporary labor without consistent quality control.

BassConnects was created to change that structure.
